Sleep Anecdotal

Mouth taping (cautious)

Gentle tape to encourage nasal breathing at night.

Some people sleep quieter when they keep the mouth closed. Skip entirely if you have nasal obstruction, and never tape if you cannot breathe freely through your nose.

How to use

Only if nasal breathing is easy while awake. Use porous tape. Stop if anxious.
